This is a mixed-use new build development consisting of 54 serviced apartments and offices on the 3 lower floors.

This development was designed in two phases. Marldon purchased 31-33 Prescott Street and planning permission was obtained for this site. Marldon then went on to purchase the site adjacent and Smith & Brooke went on to design Phase 2, combining both sites and obtaining a complex planning permission for the combined site.
