This is a mixed-use new build development consisting of 54 serviced apartments and offices on the 3 lower floors.

This development was designed in two phases. Marldon purchased 31-33 Prescott Street and planning permission was obtained for this site. Marldon then went on to purchase the site adjacent and Smith Brooke went on to design Phase 2, combining both sites and obtaining a complex planning permission for the combined site.
