We completed this project in 2014 in conjunction with our developer, Marldon. This was a former Victorian warehouse that was transformed into a fantastic modern four bedroom home. The nineteenth-century freehold house measures in excess of 3000 sq ft and we converted it into a family house includes large open spaces on the upper floors, four good sized bedrooms and a lift.
