This Victorian family home had remained untouched for over forty years and was in need of a complete renovation. The owners were keen to preserve its original features while modernising the space to suit their two young children and future-proof it for years to come. They wanted every area of the house to be fully utilised, so in 2023 we began an extensive transformation.

The project started with an extension of the lower ground floor, creating a spacious living room and reconfiguring the layout to include a double bedroom, playroom, and utility room. On the ground floor, we opened up the space to form a generous open-plan kitchen and dining area, allowing the family to enjoy seamless living across both levels.
