This building was initially refurbished, extended and altered from an office building into a residential apartment building with a ground floor restaurant.

In 2012, planning permission was obtained for a major refurbishment and extension of the existing building and a change of use from residential flats to serviced apartments. The works included a two-storey glass extension with a complicated roof curving in two directions, remodelling of the facades and new internal layouts.
