Having previously worked with these clients to reconfigure and renovate the first and second floor of this property, we were asked back to help open up the lower ground floor and create a large family living space. As with many of our London-based clients, their brief was to pull in as much natural light as possible, increase functionality and maximise space in a traditional terraced townhouse.

To achieve this, we designed a glass-fronted extension that spanned the length of the back elevation, bringing in ample natural light and effortlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The clients also worked with an interior designer to create a clean and open plan space with select antique pieces featuring throughout.
