This property is a traditional Victorian terraced house, situated in Kensington. The majority of the work focused on transforming the disjointed and slightly awkward rear first floor room into a functional and spacious kitchen and dining room. Double doors were installed along the length of the rear extension leading out to a beautifully designed garden space. The internal layout was also reconfigured and renovated and the existing second floor PVC windows were replaced with a slate mansard, lead dormers and traditional timber sash windows to match the characteristics of properties elsewhere on the street.
