This is a mixed-use new build development consisting of 54 serviced apartments and offices on the three lower floors.

This development was designed in two phases. Having obtained planning permission for Phase 1, 31-33 Prescot Street, we went on to design Phase 2 to incorporate 99 Mansell Street.
