  • Telephone numbers

How we get the personal information & why we have it:

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for our administrative purposes which include:

 

  • Day to day contact to clients by phone and email regarding your job.
  • The use of clients and suppliers phone, email and address for our contract and building contract.
  • We hold data of staff while they are employed after they leave. The time the data is held varies depending what it is.
  • We hold data for staff including, home address, telephone, email, NI number and emergency contact for staff while they are employed with us.

General data protection regulations:

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful base that we rely upon for processing this information is your consent.
You are able to remove your consent at any time and you can do this by contacting our Operations Manager (kate@smithbrooke.co.uk).

 

How we store your personal information:

Your information is securely stored on our server (on excel and Microsoft 365) which is secured by two step verification and managed by our IT company.
